An Another Eden Chrono Cross is about to begin, and it will include Serge, Kid, and Harle as playable characters. It will also feature a branching storyline that will change based on which character you choose. WFS offered details about the event, revealed its key visual, and shared character art and voice actors. Symphony: Complex Dream will begin on December 9, 2021.
The announcement also discussed the multiple design decisions involved to create the event. In addition to Serge, Kid, and Harle appearing, Lynx, Glen, and Starky will show up in the Another Eden Chrono Cross event. Masato Kato, who worked on Chrono Trigger, Radical Dreamers, and Chrono Cross, as well as this game, wrote the Symphony: Complex Dream event. This is the official crossover visual, which features Serge, Kid, Harle, and Lynx with Aldo and Feinne.
As for the main Chrono Cross characters, here’s what Serge, Kid, and Harle will look like in Another Eden. Serge will be played by Ashton Frank. Sheena May is the voice of Kid. Harle will be voiced by Shazia Nicholls.
With the story, it will offer features taken from Chrono Cross. There are two routes. There will also be a New Game+ for the event, so you can go back and see what you missed. Sub events will be available during each storyline. When you head into a fight, Serge, Kid, and Harle will be able to use combo attacks, unleash field effects, and equip up to four elements. People can also choose one of five difficulty levels for this event storyline.
There will also be Chronos Stones giveaways, which you can use to pull for new characters in-game. People who begin playing the game in general will get 1,000 Chronos Stones. (That’s available until January 10, 2022.) People who start Symphony: Complex Dream will get another 1,000. (You can claim those until January 6, 2022.)
Another Eden is available on PCs and mobile devices, and its Chrono Cross event begins December 9, 2021. There is also an event website.
