We’re just a few days from the release of Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot on PS5, alongside the game’s first slice of Season 2 DLC in Bardock: Alone Against Fate. But just to keep the ball rolling, Bandai Namco is already teasing the next expansion.
At the end of the new Bardock trailer, we get this image:
As avid fans may know, the silhouette belongs to a young Goku, or more specifically, Goku from the near the end of the original Dragon Ball series. This is when he signs up for the 23rd Tenkaichi Budokai tournament, and eventually faces off against the offspring of the Demon King Piccolo — a young adult version of the Piccolo everyone knows and loves from Dragon Ball Z.
Of course, this pretty much confirms that the Season Pass 2’s second DLC will take us back to the past. Definitely something to look forward to if you’re a fan.
