wow warcraft alliance horde cataclysm leveling guide

Releasing onto Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and Windows PC, Witchcrafty is a captivating Metroidvania platformer that transports you to a mystical world.

The Kingdom is facing an unprecedented crisis – hostile flora is creeping into the forests, once-peaceful factions have turned against each other, and mischievous goblins are lurking in the depths of the mines. You play a fledgling witch who embarks on a perilous journey to unravel the truth behind these strange happenings.

The world of Witchcrafty is sliced up into various realms, each with a different art style. You’ll be visiting magical forests, dark caves, icy mountains, and abandoned castles, with the freedom to hop on a broomstick and travel back to any of the previous realms. Witchcrafty may be 2D pixel art, but the detailed pixelwork and smooth animations gives the game the feeling of an animated movie.

Beware! Not everyone you encounter can be trusted – there are plenty of enemies to fight in this dynamic, action-packed game. But you won’t be unarmed – you start off on the lower end of combat skills just being able to hit people but, in true Metroidvania style, you will get to upgrade to get new fighting skills in the form of weapons and elemental spells, which include fire, ice and lightning magic. Your wand is more than just a weapon, your magic will also come in handy to manoeuvre your way around the world successfully. You will be able to cross deep water by freezing it, use lightning to blast rocks that block your pass and use a rush move to jump over large gaps.

Features of the game include:

  • – Dynamic action gameplay: combo attacks, dodge, dash and magic. Incinerate enemies with fire, pierce with lightning, or chill their ardor with ice magic. Even your wand is not just a magic accessory, but a melee weapon that will save you at a critical moment.
  • – Exploration of the world: magical forests, dark caves, icy mountains and abandoned castles – they are all full of secrets and treasures … and dangers.
  • – Each new element that you master opens up new opportunities and paths. Deep water ceases to be dangerous in front of ice magic, and lightning can split even rocks in your path.
  • – Adorable pixel art graphics: pixels have never been so cute!

Witchcrafty is available to buy and download at the Xbox Store and the relevant store for PC at a price of £8.39 on all platforms. If you are quick to snap it up, then you will get a -20% discount during the two weeks pre-order period, which takes the price down to £6.71. Plus, if you already have the Xbox One version you will get a -50% discount for the Xbox Series X|S version.
